Ok so I don’t know if this will actually be a weekly blog or not but I do have a lot of things in the sports area on my mind. Pete Carroll leaves USC for Seattle I’m torn on this one sort of. I was looking forward to seeing Brian Kelly and Rich Neuheisel’s teams [...]
With today’s news that Mark McGwire admitting to using steroids for most of the 1990’s and the ‘98 season where he broke Roger Maris single season HR record, Major League Baseball should do the right thing and and return the record back to Roger Maris. While were at it Sammy Sosa and Barry Bonds records [...]
Just as I was hoping for Brian Kelly is the new head coach at Notre Dame. Looks to be a 5 year deal with the Irish. Now for those that don’t know me, I root for 3 schools; UCLA (because I was born and raised in L.A. and my uncle went there and USC is [...]

1986 2004 2007 2008 Do I need to explain any more then that as to why I can’t stand the damn Red Sox?
I have to admit, up to this point living in Mississippi I was quite neutral on which college to root for in this state. We have the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss as we like to call it down here), Mississippi State and in the southern half of the state we have University of Southern [...]
The world of baseball lost a legendary announcer on Sunday. Skip Caray the son of legendary Harry Caray died in his sleep in his Atlanta home Sunday morning. He was the voice of Atlanta Braves baseball for 32 years and will be missed by anyone that is a baseball fan.
So when I was a kid, I played soccer and the better you played as a team you would make the playoffs and if you won the whole thing you got a trophy. But not in England anymore, they have done away with trophies in the interest of fairness. What a crock!
