That is one smart monkey
Oliver is really “my baby”. Although his “adoptive” father and I divorced a couple of years ago, he still remains as my monkey. I actually searched for him for three (3) days before he was brought back home. The day after his “nights on the town” were over, I visited him at the park that my ex-husband and I opened in 2001. Usually, I would have went in his cage, but now that I have been replaced my a new “love interest” (I’m speaking of Baby, Oliver’s mate), I thought it best not to enter. Therefore, Oliver came over to me by his fence, laid down, began to whine, and wanted his usual back and neck massage that he new he could always receive from me. Is that a typical “man” or what? Anyways, I want to personally thank everyone from the media to the public for caring so much about Oliver. I’ve never been attached to an animal like I am to him. It is very easy for him to steal a woman’s heart! I would be more than happy for this letter to be published to represent my personal gratitude for all the effort that was put forth in having Oliver return home safely!
Thanks to all,
Oliver’s “human” mommy, Leanne
